Role Description

The Automotive Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN. This position is responsible for greeting potential customers, understanding their vehicle needs and budget, and presenting suitable new and pre-owned Hyundai models. Day-to-day tasks include conducting test drives, explaining features and financing options, preparing sales proposals, and guiding customers through the purchase process from first contact to final delivery. The role also involves following up with existing customers, building long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business, and maintaining product knowledge on current inventory and promotions. The Automotive Salesperson collaborates with sales managers and finance staff to meet individual and dealership sales targets while providing a professional, respectful experience for every customer.
