Conklin Automotive Group is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Salespersons. In this role, you will connect with customers to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the purchasing process, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a vibrant team.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, presenting vehicle features, negotiating pricing and financing, and building lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with automotive industry trends is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Conduct follow-up communications with customers after sales.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities offered by the dealership.
