In a no-haggle, customer-centric environment, you will welcome buyers, assess needs, explain payment options, and guide them through the purchase while ensuring a smooth handoff to Service for ongoing vehicle needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Automobile Sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable/clean driving record.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a positive buying experience.
• Build relationships and understand customer needs.
• Help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
• Work in a no-haggle sales environment.
• Explain payment options and assist with the purchase process.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term loyalty.
• Help transition customers to our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs.
