Johnson Honda of Stuart seeks a Full-Time Sales Consultant to greet guests, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them through the buying process in sunny Stuart, Florida.

You will follow the dealership’s sales process, log customer interactions in CRM, attend meetings, and help maintain CSI above district and national averages. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must attend sales meetings as scheduled.
• Must follow Johnson Automotive dress code.
• Must walk the physical inventory every morning after the sales meeting.
• Must T.O. every guest to a Manager before they leave the property.
• Sales Consultants must follow the Johnson Automotive sales process (meet & greet, demo, test drive, tour).
• Must put every guest in CRM and update notes with each contact.
• Must maintain CSI above District and National Average.
• Must have a valid and active driver's license.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and demonstrate vehicles to help purchase decisions.
• Follow up with leads and log activities in CRM; update notes after deliveries.
• Attend sales meetings and adhere to company processes and timelines.
• Ensure timely punch in/out and report to management as required.
