Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the Service Department.
• Promote smooth traffic flow in the Breezeway and lot.
• Assist with parking and vehicle organization.
• Ensure guests know dealership amenities.
• Direct guests to service personnel as needed.
• Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests as requested.
• Stay informed about dealership information for guest questions.
• Assist Service Department with other duties as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greet all guests entering the Service Department;
