Job summary

Johnson Honda of Stuart in Stuart, FL is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to engage guests, present vehicles, and drive the dealership’s sales process. You will manage CRM updates, follow-up calls, and daily logs, while meeting CSI targets and adhering to company procedures.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with dress code. Medical, scheduling, and other benefits may apply based on company policy.

Qualifications

• Must attend sales meetings as scheduled
• Must follow Johnson Automotive dress code
• Must be able to read and write
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Must have a valid and active driver’s license
• Must put every guest in CRM and update notes with each contact

Responsibilities

• Follow Johnson Automotive sales process with each guest (meet and greet, vehicle demo, test drive, dealership tour)
• T.O. every guest to a Manager before they leave the property
• Do not quote interest rates to guests
• Make a minimum of 10 follow-up calls per day and email the daily log to the manager
• Check out with the Manager and Greeter before leaving the property
• Maintain CSI above District and National Average
• Submit monthly objectives to the manager by the 3rd of each month
• PUNCH in/out daily on the Electronic Time Clock in accordance with wage laws
• Record guest information in CRM and notes after each contact and after every delivery
