Responsibilities

• Follow Johnson Automotive sales process with each guest (meet and greet, vehicle demo, test drive, tour of dealership).
• Enter every guest into CRM and update notes after every contact and delivery to assist CSI follow-up.
• Submit monthly objective to the manager by the 3rd of each month.
