Walser Automotive Group in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive the full customer journey from greeting to closing. You will leverage Walser CRM to manage client interactions and educate buyers on financing and vehicle features.

A strong customer service mindset and reliable team player attitude are essential. We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission, with average earnings of $75,000–$120,000 per year and top performers exceeding $150K annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and a team player.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and guide them through the sales process.
• Lead customers through the entire sales process using Walser CRM.
• Educate customers on Walser benefits and financing options.
• Take customers on test drives and explain vehicle features.
• Follow up with customers after purchase and maintain relationships.
