Walser Automotive Group in Minnesota is seeking a results-driven sales professional to guide customers through the car-buying journey, demonstrate vehicles, discuss financing options, and close deals using the Walser CRM tool.

You'll greet customers, maintain performance metrics like PVR and VSC, and participate in a four-day workweek with comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and a focus on internal growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team player.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and guide through the sales process.
• Lead customers through the entire sales process and close deals.
• Use Walser CRM tool to track all customer interactions.
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
• Follow up with customers after the purchase.
