Job summary

Gurley Leep Kia is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Mishawaka, IN. In a no-haggle sales environment, you will help customers find the right vehicle, build relationships, and guide them through the purchase process to ensure an exceptional experience.

You’ll also follow up after the sale to foster loyalty and connect customers with our Service Department for ongoing vehicle needs, contributing to a positive, sustained customer relationship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record.
