Pride Motor Group in Lynn, MA is seeking self-motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. If you have the drive to excel and enjoy earning a great income, this role offers strong earning potential and a supportive environment.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, handle objections, and guide buyers through the sales process with integrity. Prior sales experience helps, but is not required; a valid driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The following are the responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers. Strive for repeat business.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company protocols and standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
