Job summary

Big O Tires | Leeds West Groups is seeking a General Service Technician to join our automotive team. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring safety and quality in every job.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a valid driver's license, has basic automotive knowledge, and is eager to learn with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role supports store operations and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify needs and safety concerns.
• Diagnose and repair using diagnostic equipment and manuals.
• Explain repair recommendations and estimates to customers.
