Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will connect with guests to deliver outstanding service, understand their needs, and promote tires and services.

Responsibilities include scheduling, estimating times, and providing recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, staying trained through company tools, and contributing to a team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Schedule appointments, estimate service times, and check out.
