Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking Big O Sales Advisors to deliver fast, friendly customer service and accurate sales in line with all company programs, policies, and procedures while educating customers and following up on maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include supervising service areas, promoting products, handling complaints, stocking shelves, opening/closing tasks, merchandising, training new employees, and ensuring Big O Tires standards and PPE compliance are met in daily store

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities.
• Basic math skills and making change.
• Valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willing to comply with PPE regulations.
• Ability to stand for up to nine hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service area and host waiting customers.
• Handle complaints courteously per policy.
• Inspect vehicles and promote maintenance products.
• Explain benefits of products and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare warranties and service agreements; record tire sales.
• Process sales transactions and report discrepancies.
• Assist store manager with profitability and meeting expectations.
• Support store operations: opening/closing, inventory, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance per Big O Tires standards.
• Safely operate customer vehicles with auto/manual transmissions.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Complete required training such as Today’s Class Technician and other trainings.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
