MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Sales Advisor to deliver accurate, timely customer service and promote tire and automotive services. You will handle sales, warranties, and documentation while maintaining store appearance and assisting with daily operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to work with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and navigate outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policy.
• Inspect vehicles and promote maintenance products and services to customers.
• Explain benefits of products and services and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements.
• Conduct accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist store manager in meeting company expectations and profitability.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks and inventory.
