CarGroup Holdings LLC, operating as webuyanycar.com USA, is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative in-strore at our Stow, OH location. The role focuses on purchasing vehicles from customers, not inventory, and offers a base salary plus sign-on bonus and commission.

Base salary starts at 36,500 per year, with additional training stipends for eligible new hires, benefits, and a clear career growth path within a performance-driven environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Based in our Stow, Ohio branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
