Job summary

CarGroup Holdings LLC, doing business as webuyanycar.com USA, is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative in York, PA. You will buy vehicles directly from customers, not stock vehicles, and guide them through the purchasing process from initial contact to completion.

The role offers a $40,000 base salary plus $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus performance-based commissions. Training stipends, Sundays off, and a full benefits package are provided to eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Based in our York, PA branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
