webuyanycar.com® USA is hiring a Territory Auto Sales Representative for the Greater Cleveland area, rotating between Stow, Bedford Heights, and Brook Park locations. This role focuses on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than stocking inventory.

You will conduct car-buying appointments, guide customers through the purchasing process, and travel across branches to achieve sales targets. Strong communication and relationship-building skills help you succeed in a performance-based

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel between branches.

Responsabilidades

The Opportunity

As a Territory Automotive Sales Representative, you'll rotate between our Stow, Bedford Heights and Brook Park, OH branches, meeting customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

At each location, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and supporting multiple locations while building relationships with customers and driving sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers
• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel between branch locations within the assigned territory
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues and learn new technology platforms

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive between branch locations throughout the workweek
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
