CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA, based in Union, NJ, is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative. The role offers a base salary of $41,500 per year plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and performance-based commission. It features a 5-day workweek with Sundays off and a paid training stipend during the first 60 days.

You will buy vehicles directly from customers, conduct appointments, negotiate offers, and guide buyers through the purchasing process, building relationships along the way.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process.
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Based in our Union, NJ branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
