Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. You will consult with customers to match vehicles to their wants and needs, prospect new buyers, and work toward sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Training is provided by manufacturers and Ed Morse, with ongoing product knowledge and paperwork duties. Join a family-oriented company that rewards performance with weekly pay, commissions, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a strong desire to succeed.
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed.
• Gain working knowledge of the product line.

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
• Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Valid Driver's license
