Job summary

CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative - Territory to work with customers looking to sell their vehicles. You will travel between Elmwood Park, Union, and Pine Brook branches, conducting car-buying appointments and guiding customers through the purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed transactions.

This role offers a base salary of $41,500 with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and performance-based commission, plus benefits, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel between branch locations within the territory.
• Proficiency with email, web apps, and sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory.

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
• Build rapport and explain the value of our service.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative - Territory, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Supporting multiple branch locations throughout your assigned territory, includingElmwood Park, Union, and Pine Brook, NJ, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and supporting multiple locations while building relationships with customers and driving sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive between branch locations throughout the workweek
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
