CarGroup Holdings LLC, operating as webuyanycar.com USA, seeks an Automotive Sales Representative - Territory to work across multiple branches in Lancaster, PA and surrounding area. You will focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than stocking inventory, traveling between branches and guiding customers through the buying process.

The role offers a base salary starting at $40,000 with potential commission, a sign-on and paid training, plus benefits and advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel between branch locations within the territory.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, email, web-based applications, and sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved channels.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative - Territory, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Supporting multiple branch locations throughout your assigned territory, including Lancaster, Reading, and Pottstown, PA, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and supporting multiple locations while building relationships with customers and driving sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers
• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process

• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
