Job summary

CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA in Union, NJ is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to buy vehicles directly from customers. You will conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through the purchasing process, focusing on vehicle acquisition rather than inventory sales.

The role blends sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment with earnings tied to results and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems.

• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Based in our Union, NJ branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
