Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. You will demonstrate vehicles, explain features, conduct test drives, and build lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of automotive sales experience, with used car sales experience considered a plus. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, and performance-based compensation awaits.

Overview

Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza isseeking an AutomotiveSales Professional to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models


• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers


• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.


• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business


• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers


• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Automotive Sales experience


• Experience with Used Car Sales is a plus


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Valid driver license and a good driving record.

Compensation: The pay reasonably expected for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 /year. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
