Luthermazda in Bloomington, MN seeks an Automotive Sales Professional for new and used vehicles. Join a family‑driven brand where every team member is essential to our success and guests are at the center of our business. Earn with a commission‑based plan ($39k–$150k/year).

We offer an in‑house Training Team and an initial three‑week paid training program to set you up for success. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail sales is welcomed as you build lasting customer

$39-$150k/year (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals.
• Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Maintain on-going relationship with customers regarding vehicle purchase, new products and services, and potential referrals.
