Miller Hill Subaru in Hermantown, MN is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our family‑oriented team. You will present vehicle options, expand product knowledge, and nurture referrals with the support of our in‑house training team and an initial three‑week paid program.

The role offers strong earning potential through commission on new and pre‑owned vehicles, plus growth opportunities in a customer‑first environment.

$60-100K/year (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals.
• Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Maintain on-going relationship with customers regarding vehicle purchase, new products and services, and potential referrals.
