Luther Automotive Group in Minnesota is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our sales team. You can maximize earnings through commission, with a three-week paid training and ongoing coaching from our in-house Training Team.

We support growth with benefits and a strong community focus. Present vehicle options based on customer needs, maintain knowledge of inventory, and build lasting relationships to generate referrals.

Automotive Sales Professional

We are always looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team.As a Sales Professional, you can maximize your earning potential regardless of your current experience.We have an in-house Training Team dedicated to your immediate and on-going success, including an initial three-week paid training program.

$39-$150k/year (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals.
• Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Maintain on-going relationship with customers regarding vehicle purchase, new products and services, and potential referrals.
