Berman Subaru is looking to add an experienced Sales/Product Specialist to the team!

Position:

Automotive Sales/Product Specialist

Location:

Berman Subaru of Chicago (60641)

Pay:

$41,600-$150,000+ Annually (Includes a Base Salary!)

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Saturday (Sundays and one weekday off)

Working Hours:
  1. 1 Day: 9AM - 3PM
  2. 2 Days: 9AM - 8PM
  3. 1 Day: 12PM - 8PM
  4. Saturdays: 9AM - 6PM

Role Overview:

Our Sales/Product Specialists assist customers throughout their car buying journey. From initial contact to driving off in their new vehicle, our goal is to provide an enjoyable and seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers via phone, email, text, or in-person to understand their needs and provide necessary information.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations.
  3. Collaborate with inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value of trade-ins.
  4. Explain purchase terms including vehicle price, payments, and loan duration.
  5. Follow up with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and explaining details in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure while remaining professional.
  • Focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Enthusiasm for cars, people, and competition.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record (minimum 3 years).
