Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team in the Midwest. In this customer-focused role, you’ll help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in commissioned sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits.
• Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business.
• Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities.
• Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology.
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
