Responsibilities

• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Keep up to date with the latest product information to ensure vehicle knowledge.
• Provide customers with specification information about all vehicles.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizes dealership systems to complete follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensure processes are followed for vehicle delivery.
• Introduce customers to the dealership's points of interest.
• Assist in keeping areas clean and organized.
• Hours: Monday & Wednesday: 8:45am-7pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:45am-6pm, Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm. Flexibility may be required.

Fox Motors has a New Cars Sales Consultant opening in Kalamazoo, MI at Fox Maple Hill. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Consultant is a trusted position in providing remarkable purchase experiences. No previous automotive experience needed-- If you've provided excellent customer service in hospitality, realty, jewelry, phone sales, or other high end retail, you may be a great candidate for this position!

As a Sales Consultant, you interact and consult with customers, utilize dealership systems to complete follow-up and provide the highest level of customer service to build long-term business. Fox Maple Hill is looking for a Sales Consultant that is customer focused, self motivated, and organized.

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Keep up to date with the latest product information to ensure a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Provide customers with specification information (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizes dealership systems to complete (pre and post) follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintains a working knowledge of vehicle values and equity, finance products and Fox programs.
• Ensures Fox processes are followed for vehicle delivery.
• Introduce customers to the various points of interest of the dealership.
• Assists in keeping personal area, customer areas, and vehicle inventory clean and organized.
• Hours: Monday & Wednesday: 8:45am-7pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:45am-6pm (With one of these days being your scheduled day off), Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm. Flexibility may be required with closing times due to the nature of retail.
