Qualifications
- Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them find vehicles that fit their needs.
- Build lasting relationships through attentive, personalized service.
- Present vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process.
- Stay knowledgeable about Cadillac vehicles and dealership inventory.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
