Qualifications

• Work experience in sales or a related field; dealership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive sales and product options.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Attend product and sale training courses as requested by the sales manager.
• Greet customers and provide assistance on showroom floors.
• Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month.
• Explain vehicle features, options, and depreciation to customers.
• Prepare sale orders and paperwork per dealership policies.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at meetings.
