Job summary

Victory Ford of Kansas City is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Consultant to greet customers, identify needs, and close deals while delivering a premium buying experience. You will lead customers through the sales process, present options, and complete paperwork with guidance from our Management Team.

Training is provided; you may need to obtain a salesperson license where required by law. Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and close deals.
Greet customers and identify vehicles that fit their needs.
Lead customers through steps that develop leads into sales.
Communicate sales price, close deals and complete paperwork.
Prospect to generate inquiries and visits for vehicle purchases.
Attend sales meetings and complete training while following policies.
Utilize CRM and DMS systems in daily activities.
