Job summary

Toyota of Gallatin, part of Lithia Motors, is hiring a Sales Associate to greet customers, deliver compelling vehicle demonstrations and guide buyers through the CRM-driven process. You will build product knowledge, present pricing and promotions, and coordinate appointments with a focus on a positive customer experience.

Inside the role, you will train with the store’s sales process, participate in daily meetings, and help teammates achieve performance goals while maintaining a professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license in your state.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to type accurately into the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product presentations to customers and accompany vehicle demonstrations.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather contact and interest information and enter into the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects daily using the store's plan and CRM.
• Schedule daily customer appointments and assist during write-up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Build knowledge of product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings and practice skills regularly.
• Maintain lot and showroom appearance and cleanliness.
• Present and deliver vehicles following the delivery process.
• Introduce customers to Service post-sale and follow Sales to Service procedures.
• Train assigned salesperson for 60 days on sales process and product knowledge.
• Assist trainees to meet performance expectations as outlined in their job description.
