The annual pay range is $80k-$250k depending on sales. A high school diploma and in-state driver’s license are required, with authorized work in the USA.

• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Prospect, follow up, and maintain relationships to generate sales.
• Deliver vehicles, explain operating features, warranties and paperwork to customers.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings offered by the dealership and manufacturer.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
