AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate in Lithia Springs, GA to sell new and used vehicles, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and meet sales targets. You’ll use a best-in-class CRM, access lender relationships, and work with a nationwide inventory to find the perfect match for customers.

You have 1+ year automotive sales or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed goals. Competitive commission and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience or relevant customer service background.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
