Job summary

Victory Dealer Group is seeking an automotive sales professional to join our North Bay team. You’ll take ownership of the sales process from greeting customers to closing, with a guaranteed $7,000 monthly for 90 days and top earning potential through a 35% commission plan plus bonuses.

We require a professional appearance, a valid California license with minimal points, and willingness to work weekends. Expect extensive product training and clear advancement opportunities in a collaborative

Qualifications

Professional appearance and demeanor.
Full-time including weekends.
CA driver’s license with two or fewer points.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet high performance standards.
Make 50–60 calls per day.

Responsibilities

Approach, greet and assist customers and direct them to vehicles.
Assist with vehicle selection, offering knowledge and guidance.
Explain performance, specs and applications to buyers.
Conduct high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations.
Build and maintain rapport with customers.
Overcome objections and perform to company standards in a high-pressure setting.
Report activities, objectives and expectations to Sales Management.
