Job summary

Victory Dealer Group is seeking an automotive sales professional to join our North Bay team. You’ll take ownership of the sales process from greeting customers to closing, with a guaranteed $7,000 monthly for 90 days and top earning potential through a 35% commission plan plus bonuses.

We require a professional appearance, a valid California license with minimal points, and willingness to work weekends. Expect extensive product training and clear advancement opportunities in a collaborative

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet and assist customers and direct them to vehicles.

• Explain performance, specs and applications to buyers.
• Conduct high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Overcome objections and perform to company standards in a high-pressure setting.
• Report activities, objectives and expectations to Sales Management.

Victory Dealer Group is seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to fill an automotive sales position. Serving the North Bay for over 30 years, Victory Dealer Group is family owned and operated, with an expertise in cultivating employee development in partnership with providing exceptional customer experience.

Pay:

$7,000/month guarantee for 90 days (for the right candidate), with the opportunity to earn performance bonuses on top of that.

We offer an aggressive compensation plan up to 35% commission plus weekly and monthly bonuses.
