The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and a willingness to learn. Prior sales experience is a plus; competitive pay, medical benefits, vacation, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and present model options, features, and financing.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure road rules are followed.
• Explain vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements; maintain sales records.
• Negotiate sale closures in a clear, ethical manner.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicles, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
