Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction in showroom or sales lot.
• Maintain and exceed sales goals as required by dealer.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product features, applications, and dealership benefits to prospects.
• Tour customers through the facility and showcase upgrades or equipment.
• Build long-term relationships and manage customer expectations.
• Report daily activities and sales objectives to Sales Manager.
• Maintain customer database and CRM entries.
• Adhere to CSI and other dealership standards.
• Perform other duties as requested.
