Qualifications

• 1+ years' automotive sales experience preferred but training is possible.
• Previous sales or customer service experience in any industry is a plus.
• Ability to achieve goals with limited supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including a friendly demeanor.
• Must develop relationships with vendors and work well in a process-driven environment.
• Professional appearance and work ethic; self-starter attitude.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; Toyota experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining features, conducting test drives, and comparing models.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain financing options following dealership policies.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure road rules are followed.
• Keep up-to-date on product updates, features, and inventory benefits.
• Guide customers through delivery with clear explanations of vehicle operation, warranties, and servicing.
