Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Sales Representative in Salem, OR. This role involves taking customers on vehicle demonstrations, prospecting new business, and entering customer details into the CRM. You will schedule daily appointments and assist with write-ups to ensure a smooth, non-confrontational experience.

Required are a customer-focused approach, a clean driving record, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in car sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter in the CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customer during write-up process to ensure a non-confrontational experience.
• Develop knowledge of product information, current pricing and promotions.
• Participate in daily sales and training meetings.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of lot and showroom.
