Berglund Used Car Super Center, part of Berglund Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant in Roanoke, VA. Welcome customers, understand needs, and present vehicles with pricing and financing options. Training and support provided, with a focus on performance-based earnings and excellent customer experience.

No automotive sales experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping people, and are motivated by income potential, we want to talk with you.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented dealership setting.
• Ability to build relationships and drive repeat/referral business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, incentives, financing options, and services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and explain features and warranty coverage.
