Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom or lot and offer assistance.
• Help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain performance, features, and benefits of vehicles to prospects.
• Describe available optional equipment to customers.
• Build rapport and present vehicles professionally.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles with high quality presentations.
• Learn to overcome objections and close sales per company standards.
• Report sales objectives and activities to the Sales Manager.
