Responsabilidades

• Coach sales team on closing techniques through training and active participation.
• Manage showroom activities for a large sales team.
• Engage with customers to determine needs and assist in closing deals.
• Hire, motivate, and monitor performance of new/used vehicle sales staff.
• Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings.
• Coach reps on best practices to improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze salespeople performance.
• Assist in developing advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure CRM follow-up with prospective buyers and schedule service introductions.
• Forecast goals and expenses monthly and annually.
