Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the sales department including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.
• Leverage internet/retail tools such as V-auto and E-car list to maximize sales.
• Forecast goals for vehicle sales, gross profit, and expenses monthly and yearly.
• Close sales and coordinate with lenders to finalize deals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Promptly resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee delivery standards and dealership policy adherence.
• Communicate effectively with customers, subordinates and management.
• Train and lead the sales staff; demonstrate strong leadership.
