The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive sales with 1–2 years in leadership, strong CRM skills (Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions), and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
