Job summary

Carter Myers Automotive’s CMA's Colonial Subaru seeks an Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center, driving customer engagement, lead generation, and sales performance.

The role requires 3+ years in BDC or automotive sales, 1-2 years in leadership, and strong CRM knowledge. You will collaborate with sales/service, train the team, and optimize processes to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BDC or automotive sales environment.
• 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to drive sales and service appointments.
• Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and service departments to align BDC operations with dealership goals.
• Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
• Develop scripts, training materials, and processes to enhance team performance.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership promotions, inventory, and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Key Responsibilities
