Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our new car sales team in Pittsburgh, driving day-to-day operations, recruiting talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will set ambitious targets and coach your team to exceed them while maintaining a high CSI score and professional standard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in automotive dealership
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire: recruit, train, and manage a top-performing sales team; oversee schedules and evaluations
• Drive sales performance: set and exceed monthly/annual targets; develop strategic plans; manage budgets
• Enhance customer experience: monitor ratings and address issues to deliver exceptional service
• Strategic leadership: develop and execute sales strategies, forecast sales, manage inventory and purchasing
• Achieve top CSI scores: maintain high CSI through service and issue resolution
• Maintain professionalism: uphold polished appearance and demeanor; address challenges proactively
• Training and compliance: conduct regular sales training; ensure compliance with automotive laws
• Adapt and contribute: perform additional duties to support dealership needs
