Mercedes-Benz of Farmington is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Sales department, coordinating floor and internet processes, guiding the team, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Qualifications

• Four years of Sales experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Two years of automotive financing experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Must hold a current State sales license or be able to obtain one as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Sales department; forecast goals for the team.
• Meet with Client Advisors to review goals and develop action plans.
• Verify CRM entries for leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up on unsold appointments.
• Ensure accurate promotions, pricing, and data in all systems.
